Rather predictably, the SAP corporate machine (nothing to do with the SQL Anywhere team at Waterloo) has objected to the existence of this forum and demanded we take down the archived content. So I'm afraid we are reduced to trying to navigate through the SAP "Community" site.
It's a pity SAP can't react as fast when we need help from them to sell their product for them, but ....
Anyway, many thanks to all those who have registered, and let's see if there's demand for an independent discussion site.
Ouch, another reason to point out "Don't blame the messenger!"
That's really frustrating.
It's a real shame considering the content was publicly available anyways (and technically still is via the Internet Archive)
That being said, I feel really way more invited to ask more questions here...

The fact there is so many posts telling people how to post or find stuff is crazy!
Something is very poorly designed if you need to tell people how to use.
Well, some experienced users seem to tell "don't use the SAP Community search at all, use Google instead". :facepalm:
As I haven't got an answer or comment on that question in the SAP Community, I do have to conclude I just cannot search there. I guess my minimum expecations have been to get an official answer along the lines of "please be patient, improvements are on their way"... - I guess I have to lower my expectations even more.
